I brought 3year old Twin boys to this lovely soft play centre. The staff are always helpful and super friendly.
Jungle VIP is a family run business and you can tell. It’s very warm and welcoming.
Like everyone I was cautious about going to a soft play due to COVID but there was nothing to worry about here. I saw staff cleaning tables, toys, chairs, table markers and generally keeping to a very high standard.
They are allowing for social distancing for the adults yet the friendly environment shon through.
The boys had a blast and I can’t wait to take them back.

We have been coming here since they first opened. The staff are extremely welcoming and professional. I have 3 children of different ages and this place is ideal for my needs. My kids can be in 3 different play areas and I can keep an eye on them all of them whilst I sit back relax and enjoy my coffee. We have been in twice now since they reopened and not that I would expect any different as they have always been the cleanest soft play I've ever been to, but they have taken cleaning to a whole new level. The staff are constantly cleaning and I felt really safe and comfortable being there with my children. So thank you so much to Jungle VIP for giving my kids the space they need to play and burn off some of that energy

The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. I’ve had one issue where another child was abusive to mine and the staff helped ensure that the older child played nicely amongst the other children, which is very important as I have two children and cannot always keep an eye on both when they’re running around. I do wish it was a little cheaper but in comparison to other softplay centres jungle VIP is still cheap and definitely worth the money. The events during half time are great too and the kids love the parties. Seriously missing jungle VIP vibe. Can’t wait for you guys to open again!!!!

I've been taking my children here, since 6 years ago, when they first opened. The reason why I can recommend this soft play establishment is because they are well known within their borough, EHO and longterm customers, for their extensive hygiene schedule cleans, excellent health and safety and food safety, safe, fun and friendly environment. Not like their competitors, the owners and friendly, professional staff, take pride in what they do and the service they provide for their little people. My priority is the safety and health of my children and others around me. I do not endorse Enterprises who are only there to make a profit. I would put my reputation online for this company, as in the history of my children's attendance, my children has always enjoyed their sessions. It feels very homely and less chaotic, compared to other soft play centres. Food is delicious and I've attended several birthday parties at Jungle VIP. I do hope when this pandemic has passed and life is back to normal we can see Mikey the Monkey again. It's a shame our little ones cannot remain little forever. See you guys soon. Keep safe... Thank you very much... P.S.. The kids are driving me slightly up the walls in this lockdown! Lol

This place is the most worst place. My child got Nora virus from here! UNCLEAN. They are now showing they clean the place which is so wrong! Don’t go here as your child will get it too. My child was completely perfect months and on till the very next day after going here, she got really high fever body aches and cough with sore throat and infect. I gave her anti biopics but it wasn’t working. She was ill for five weeks! Then I consulted the place about this and they BLOCKED ME saying she got it from elsewhere. They are SO RUDE. so I’d recommend not this place.

As advised on your comments from your various accounts on Facebook and Instagram we take all genuine claims seriously. However, we do not accept false accusations and do not appreciate the manner in your approach. A genuine claim would not have taken 5 weeks to report via social media, especially from 3 different accounts. A genuine case would have been reported directly to management team &/or local authorities. It is difficult to determine how you can conclude your daughter's illness was isolated to one place - especially as no other cases have ever been reported.

This place was really nice went with a couple of 2 year olds during half term holidays and it wasn't too busy at all. Really clean, good range of play activities and they had free art and crafts and they had face painting on offer too. Good price compared to others, easy to reach by transport and lovely and clean with friendly helpful staff. Will be back. Although age range is 0-10 my 2 year old managed all of the the climbing frames.

I visited Jungle VIP last week as trip for a summer scheme that I coordinate. Upon arriving I was greeted by the manager/ owner who was very kind and helpful. I explained that I would be attending with a group of children, all with different additional needs. The owner was very kind and allowed me to pay upfront early before the children arrived to avoid queuing. I also explained that we have children with many medical/ dietary needs and they come to the scheme with their own food provided.
He was very kind and set up a private area away from others and noise so the children could eat in peace. Service and staff here were absolutely brilliant, they accommodated us more than expected and I am already planning another trip back!!

Really pleased!! I have come here a few times you can tell it’s a really nice family run centre. One of the things I am very impressed with is the cleanliness! never anywhere else have I seen each individual ball cleaned in the younger toddlers ball pit- which is very reassuring and impressive. The food is halal too which is rare to find in places like this.
Overall I have recommended it to a few of my Friends who are equally pleased. I will be returning again 👍 👍

I recently came into Jungle VIP with my nephew and when we got home he couldn't stop talking about how much he loved it! Even my experience there was really good and I remember a particular member of staff called Sumeetha who made this experience exceptional for me and my newphew. She was so lovely and friendly and made sure the kids were all taken care for as well as having fun with them as well! All staff were polite, I am very very happy with Jungle VIP.
