Welcome to Liquid Leisure Shepperton Splash, we are an environmentally-focused and family friendly open-water activity centre, and the home to Surrey's #1 Aqua Park, set on a beautiful private freshwater lake in Shepperton, Surrey. Join us this summer for your fun-filled day out and choose between our exhilarating Aqua Park obstacle course, or opt for a more tranquil Paddleboarding, Kayaking or Open Water Swimming experience. There really is something for all ages and abilities! We believe in providing access to safe and inclusive water sports and our RLSS qualified Waterside team ensure that our guests have a memorable and safe time with us. We also offer a range of packages for trips, parties, team building and other celebrations, and our team are happy to work towards new requests. Disciminatory and Illegal Contracts

Went there with my neurodivergent son who they discriminated against saying he couldn't swim safely (he could as he is very experienced in open water and he was with me as a 1:1 very experienced wild swimmer and diver). Refused to refund our entrance fee illegally. Caused a huge amount of distress to my child. Will seek further redress as it is too much of a gamble to go and then they say you can't do the course. Would not recommend this place at all. Run by very inexperienced young people.

A good experience.

We had a lot of fun doing a SUP session.

Freddie, our lifeguard, was really helpful getting us on our boards and giving advice.

Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, lovely experience

The staff are young but very friendly and attentive. I went with my 6 year old and two 9 year olds and my 6 year old was a little nervous and Megan the life guard was really patient and sweet with her and very encouraging.
There was another little girl who was too scared to go down a slide that was high up and once again Megan very calmly and patiently help the girl down and encouraged her to try.
All the life guards and staff were lovely an helpful.

We did the paddle experience our we had grace as our instructor my partner kept falling in the water grace stayed with her till she got comfortable would recommend it it's a good experience

Great morning at Liquid Leisure

Took our 3 kids (6, 9, 12) and they each had a brilliant time. Great parking, easy access and lovely atmosphere.

Special thanks to lifeguard Megan who could not have been more helpful and thoughtful with a slightly nervous 6 year old. Highly recommend the experience.

Not enough help to get out of the water

I was part of a large group who attended the park on Saturday and we had great fun. Check in was easy, staff very helpful and the facility was big and well laid out.

The only issue, and it is a BIG ONE, there aren't enough parts of the course that enable you to get back on to the inflatables if you fall in. There are a few platforms which are easy to use when you find them but there needs to be at least 5 x more of these as there are many parts of the course where it is impossible to get back on unless someone is there to help by dragging you out of the water by your life jacket.

I have been to a number of these courses and have never experienced the impossibilities that i did with this course, it was quite scary at times.

paddle boarding session

I had a great time paddle boarding at Liquid Leisure! My experience was already fantastic because of the paddle boarding and the fact the place was so well organised but I felt that the trip was at its best because of the lifeguard Freddy who was out paddle boarding. He made the session so much nicer and more enjoyable for me and my friend. Definitely recommend coming here!

It was so fun! We had a great time and experience and would definitely go again! Thank you to Freddie for making us have a great time! I'm very sad they changed the paddle boards though, these paddle boards were easier to slip off :(

Very rude manager and poorly trained staff

We visited here for the first time on Saturday for my daughter's birthday party. We had booked the Aqua Party which includes wetsuit hire and lunch. We had made plans to arrive an hour early, at 11.00am, in time for the Aqua Park at 12. We live 45 mins away but left an hour before to be on the safe side. Unfortunately there was huge delays on our roure, so we arrived at 11.45. Only one entrance kiosk was manned so there was a large queue. We finally got to the front and logged everyone in and went to get our wetsuits. The girl at the wetsuit stand told us that we had to pay for our wetsuits as our wristbands hadn't been ticked. I told her that I had paid for wetsuits and showed her my phone with the booking on. She said she couldn't accept that and had to get hold of the manager. After a considerable wait ( NOT 2 minutes as the manager argued with me later), the girl gave everyone wetsuits. We had lost a considerable time and it was now past 12. Every single wetsuit the girl gave us was the wrong size so I had to keep running backwards and forwards to get ones that would fit. Because of all of this they only got to the briefing station at 12:15. I went to see the manager to ask if the party could have extra time as none of this was their fault, there was only 5 of them. She basically refused saying the delay had only been 2 minutes. I asked her if she was happy about ruining a girls birthday party, as a very expensive 50 minutes had now been reduced to half an hour. She said she would do nothing and when I said I would write a review about this she basically laughed in my face! She was highly unprofessional, rude and not at all understanding. Her staff were poorly trained. We will definitely never return.
