Took my wife and children to Twickenham for the stadium tour and museum trip yesterday
Interesting few hours got to see the various boxes, presidents suite, royal box, pitch side and changing rooms

The best way is to take the Victoria line to Vauxhall, then South West Trains to Twickenham. It is then a 15 minute walk to Twickenham Stadium, or you can get the 281 bus.
