Gwithian Towans Beach is ideal because it is varied, there are miles of golden sand, good shelter and great places to explore along the dunes. We visited in October and luckily it was a warm sunny day but because the weather was good there were issues finding somewhere to park but no different from other popular beaches in Cornwall. Apart from the parking issues Gwithian Beach is a perfect place to visit but probably best to visit off-peak when there are fewer people around and more parking spaces available.…

Great beach walk, 6 miles. Enjoyed watching the waves and surfers. Also linked to coastal path, a perfect place to enjoy fresh air.

On our trip to Cornwall this was our favourite beach! We had our dog with us and she loved it, its a nice long beach to enjoy a stroll on, really beautiful and we enjoyed lunch and the nearby restaurant, I think its called rock pool

we decided to go to Gwithian beach and was delightfully surprised at how long the beach. Lovely inlet of water for children to play in, great for surfers. There is a training surfing school and 2 impressive cafes. We loved this beautiful long beach.
