My wife and I took the opportunity to visit St Austell brewery and we really enjoyed it. The tour is very informative and great value for money. All staff were great and I thoroughly recommend this tour.

There is a nice restaurant inside and families were having lunch so I imagine it's fine for kids since they won't be offered any alcoholic beverages to drink. You can checkout their website for further information:

I believe there was a handicapped ramp out front that takes you inside to the store and to purchase tickets for the tour. Restrooms are down a narrow hallway so don't think adequate space for a wheelchair or scooter. I... More

Probably not as in my tour group 2 people had walking sticks and 1 of those sat out part of the tour.
