About
The most fun you can have in a wetsuit! Coasteering is everything you always wanted to do at the seaside when you were a kid but were not allowed! Swim, scramble, climb and jump your way around the cliffs and rocky foreshore. Gain a unique perspective of this stunning stretch of Cornish coastline under the watchful eye of our experienced guides. Coasteering is awesome! We have two options for our coasteering: Firstly our Coasteering at Dinham Farm where we meet at Dinham Farm and take the minibus down on the high tide to one of our two spots depending on conditions. Secondly our Coasteering at Port Gaverne where you can park at our base at the top of the hill and get kitted up before heading out. Port Gaverne is more exposed to the conditions so participants should be prepared for some longer swims.

The Cornish coastline is simply spectacular and this trip provided an opportunity to experience previously un-accessible areas. It was simply breathtaking.
The 3 members of the Cornish Coasteering team were amazing throughout. Suiting and booting of personal equipment was spot on, any questions or requests were promptly answered and resolved before we set off. They clearly know what they are doing. Banter, humor and conversation is fully inclusive, and despite being with much younger people they made me, late 60's, feel fully involved in what may be perceived as a young persons experience.
Safety is paramount and these guys take it seriously. The final briefing is clear and concise, they ensure individual abilities are fully catered for throughout. You are encouraged to face any fears fears you may have, but definitely not pushed beyond your own comfort zone. They have areas where the less confident can watch others undertake the jumps etc. This experience was a blast from start to finish, I cannot recommend the team or experience more highly.
PS, in addition, they have an amazing playlist for the trip to the location which really sets the scene for the fun ahead ......!

We have been considering coasteering for our two teenage daughters a while. We decided that the time had come when they were old enough to do it without parental supervision (16 years and 15 years old) and we chose this company based on proximity to our holiday destination and also because it has previously attracted very positive reviews.
From the start, they did not disappoint. The location at Dinham Farm was very convenient for parking and the facilities there are very well organised. We were met by very knowledgeable and friendly instructors who reassured us that our daughter, who is Type 1 diabetic, would be in very safe hands. Also, they let us know that they were all fully lifeguard trained which meant that we, as parents, could relax about our daughter taking part. They were very accommodating and made sure every detail was catered for and considered.
Suffice to say, our children loved every minute of the experience. They were absolutely buzzing when they returned. They enjoyed the sea shanties on the minibus, swimming in and out of caves and jumping from 35+ foot cliffs. Our eldest child had recently done some other high tide coasteering with another company based in Newquay and she said that this was experience was streets ahead.
Thank you to Ollie and Charlie for being such amazing and inspirational guides. You have inspired our girls to be brave and to do things that are challenging and exciting. You definitely deserve a pay rise (in our most humble opinion) and we will definitely be back next year, if not before.

From the first point of contact, Col and Henry were extremely helpful. During booking, they didn’t have availability initially but updated the website enabling us to book with ease. Upon meeting the two of them at Dunham farm they gave all the necessary equipment and consent checks. Wetsuits and helmets were of perfect quality and condition. We followed them down to a beautiful point off of Port Gaverne, where they had checked the tides and weather for the day. The two of them were super enthusiastic the whole time, you could really tell they loved what they were doing! Coasteering round the rocky coast of Cornwall was a brilliant adventure that we’d recommend to anyone of any ability. Col and Henry were attentive throughout the activity, helped us every step of the way and ensured we had the proper and safe techniques in place. After climbing and jumping off several cliffs, and even enjoying a swim into an old cave, we headed back to land where we were surprised with a flask of hot chocolate. Overall wonderful highlight to our holiday.

Had an amazing time scrambling and climbing the cliffs around Port Gaverne. All the equipment needed was provided and was clean and good quality. Our guides John and Angus gave easy to understand and concise safety instructions and clearly know what they are doing. They made everyone feel included, our group ranged from 14 to 60 and no one was left out. Those who could, were able to climb higher and jump further, but those who couldn't weren't made to feel uncomfortable.
This experience was great fun, full of humour and conversation between three groups that had never met before (there was nine of us in total). I cannot recommend the team, company and experience highly enough.
Will certainly be back!

A wonderful adventure! Ollie was exceptionally reassuring and made us all feel very comfortable with our abilities. Charlie was encouraging and knowledgeable and our entire group had a fantastic experience that pushed us as far as we were comfortable. Our coasteering experience was fantastic and I would recommend anyone to give it a try. Well done! ♥️

Money well spent on this great coaststearing adventure.
Cornish coaststearing are a professional 1st class, well equipped safe organisation who know the location very well.
Harry and Charlie were total legends, they made us all feel relaxed and capable, nothing is too much trouble.
Great jumps into crystal sea, with the help from the Superman, the penguin and the Sea Badgers all wrapped up in the darkest sea cave with the Drunken Sailor 😁.
Thanks guys 10/10

Fantastic experience with Sam and Ryan. A beautiful Sunday evening coasteering in Port Gaverne, lucked out just being the four of us. Novice group (teens and oldies) we managed all the scrambling, swimming, caving and most of all jumping - surprising ourselves by all doing the biggest jumps…. Highly recommend!

We went on a 2hr coasteering trip and had a great time! The two guides, Charlie and Harry, were both excellent - very professional but also a lot of fun and they did a great job of taking us around the bay jumping off rocks. There were 7 people in our trip in total and we started from smaller height rocks then worked up to a higher point and we all felt very safe in their hands whilst still feeling adventurous. Thank you for a fun trip! Would definitely recommend 😁.

Great experience! Harry and Charlie were amazing! The sea conditions were very touch (and very fun) but Harry and Charlie were great with everyone in the groups. We had a group of 11 with some kids who weren’t great swimmers but Harry and Charlie took it in turns to pull the kids along. Harry and Charlie made the whole experience fun they definitely deserve a pay rise 👌🏼. Anyone who wasn’t to confident in the jumps they took their time with them and gave confidence to anyone who needed it. The equipment was top class top! Very impressed with the whole set up. Great sea shanty songs too! Highly recommend this company and Harry and Charlie. Will definitely be coming back.

First time coasteering in Cornwall and we had a great trip. All the equipment you'll need is provided and is enough to keep you warm and safe whilst spending 2-3 hours out in the sea. The suiting and booting process was really efficient and the actual activity was just a short drive from their base of operations.
We had a brilliant time out with the two guides. Safely looked after, they could easily cater for everyone's level of comfort with jumps, climbing and swimming. A seemingly endless supply of fun jumps, and despite being out in the ocean not being able to see a beach (or another living soul at times!) it never felt out of control or remotely reckless. The guides know the areas really well and are able to pick the routes that the group will enjoy the most with the current conditions. We got to see waves, caves and wildlife up close that we simply would never have seen from the coast path and had a lot of fun in the process on what might otherwise have been a slightly glum windy, rainy afternoon!
We'd do it again - at the same place even, as I imagine no two trips are quite the same. Thank you Henry and Charlie!
