The bridge is historic, and is magnificent in it's disrepair. It is apparently being repaired so that a portion can be walked over, but this will take some time and a lot of funding.

Strolled up the main road to visit the bridge / viaduct. Was interesting to read about the history but it will be better when the viewing platform is finished.

this bridge was made the old fashioned way, and serviced the hume highway traffic for 150 years. I remember driving over it as a kid, in the family car.
