Nice spot to stop and spend a little time relaxing by the water. The blow hole is quite impressive if you catch it just after a storm passes through. On a calm day it may take a bit to see the water get any height.

There is nowhere on this stretch of coastline that could be considered boring. It's a photographer's dream. The blowhole can be a test of patience (on quiet days) but there's quite a distinctive sound when she's about to blow!

The blowhole ticks almost all of my boxes for a fun little local attraction: it's free, there's lots of free parking, it's accessible, there's a really good seafood restaurant right there complete with a pair of waddling pelicans waiting for handouts (don't give in to...More

It was a good time of year to be in Kiama. The winter is mild and the whales are passing so we had a gtreat view of a pod just off the blowhole. It was awesome. Markets were on and so this was great too!

When there is an East Coast Low the blow hole works best. Go and watch people get wet. On very big days do not walk off the track ( as in photo) you will not get washed off the cliff, but the weight of water...More

For best experience check online about high tide time and schedule your visit. During high tide the waves crash hard beneath the blow hole and makes the best view to witness. At low tide the blow hole stays calm with less... More
