Been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Yes it’s brown but the fresh water is always clear with sandy bottom and no rubbish. We love it that it’s always warm and makes your skin soft too! We were there during the blue bottle...More

The lake was opposite the caravan park we were in. It's pretty and quite popular. But signs were out saying dont swim due to algae bloom.

I was lucky enough to see the lake, first thing in the morning, with no one around. The lake was so still, the reflections of the trees, clouds and birds was amazing!

Gorgeous place to chill by the waterside having a picnic or some beers on a sunny day. Parking is an issue during school holidays and Christmas, but that's the issue everywhere along the coast.

Love this place with it's calm water and lots of big trees around! Swimming, picnic, or even just having a nap. Many families camp around this place too.

We were staying in the delightful caravan park alongside this lake. Great walk along the lake. Then bonus across the road is the SLS club, where a cafe is open early in the morning. Great coffees to start the day
