Located in the heart of Jim Thorpe's shopping district, The Emporium features an amazing collection of new age, gothic and medieval gifts. When I was there in October 2017, the owner had the store up for sale, but told me he would only sell it...More

I could spend hours browsing all the unusual items in this place. They had all sorts of cool occult things as well as just strange knick nacks.

I love this place. It never fails to be fascinating. This was a theater at one time. You can still see the stage and velvet curtains! I never walk out empty handed!

My friends and I were just leisurely walking through Jim Thorpe when we came upon this most interesting store. I so enjoyed browsing through all of the unique items this store carries. It's perfect for that hard-to-buy-for friend or family member.

Truly a wondrous shop. The high-quality windchimes (they really have a superior sound!) throughout the shop leave you feeling as though you're in another time and place. Lots of wonderful home decor, as well as jewelry and other items. Completely made my day!
