    Lovely unspoilt location
Secluded unspoilt, lovely clean sand refreshing, rough seas on the day we walked through, completing a circular walk parking in a small car park with toilets at treen, across fields to porthcurno, across the cliffs to penberth cove then fields back to Treen 3.6miles. The cove is famous for the submarine communications cables which come ashore here, there is a museum above the car park, location is not over developed. We spent some time on the beach watching the Atlantic waves crashing in. Relaxing and invigorating well worth the many steps down to the beach

    Best beach by far.
When the sun comes out, you could be on any beach in the world. This beach is stunning. Pure white, soft sand. So clean. Choppy sea, but warm... 2 huge car parks at a good price. You must visit this beach.

    Stunning
Spent the day here, it’s just like being abroad, clear blue skies water, perfect sandy beach and so peaceful. No arcades, no boats, no noise, just gorgeous. There is a little snack van in the car park and a nice little cafe beside the car park but is probably best to take your own snacks. Lifeguard is on duty in the bay. It is worth the trek down to the beach from the car park

You must come here some time very soon
This beach is so nice. Nestled away below the Nimack Theatre, follow the signs to the theatre and park in the car park before the steep hill upto the theatre. There are public toilets just behind the car park. Be mindful that there is nothing on the beach other than sand and sea! The beach resembles that of a Caribbean island, the sand is so nice. It is set in a rock bay and has lifeguards on duty all day. Dogs are allowed on the beach, but restrictions ban dogs from the beach from the 1st July. Unfortunately we couldn’t go into the see as there were red flags showing due to the sea being rough. This beach is a fantastic find. Also look for the signs for the beach cafe as this is really nice too

Porthcurno Beach is absolutely breathtaking. We stumbled upon it whilst trying to sneak a peak at the Minack Theatre. We visited in November and the water was turquoise and there was barely anyone there, I imagine it’s incredibly busy during the summer and feel incredibly lucky to have seen it so quiet.

Lovely clean sandy beach which had been recently cleaned after a storm left loads of shipwreck debris. Superb effort as there was no litter, fag butts or any rubbish. The kids had a great time on the beach and in the sea with a few waves despite it being a very overcast cold day. Visited after our trip to the Minack Theatre and Land's End, Another bonus was the broken car parking machines. LIfe guards present until 17:00 and flags displayed to indicate safe bathing areas. There is also a path down from the Minacjk Theatre. It wasn't very bust despite the car park being very full so not sure what it get's like on a really sunny day as it seems to a nice secluded place down some long thin windy roads, bit difficult with the double decker buses that appear around the corners and refuse to budge making you reverse.

We had lovely weather which is always a good start, the parking was the worst part as it’s up the hill and the lower car parking was full, it was only £2 for the day thou but a 20 minute walk down and up later to the car, so watch what you carry!
The beach itself was picturesque with lovely sand and aqua green clear water, cold water of course but ok once you got used to it.
Only a small cafe there if you want food but there was a guy selling ice creams on the beach and drinks I think too.
Lovely place to visit.

Great beautiful beach. Car parking £6.50 for the day, COINS ONLY! As it's currently peak season, would strongly advise arriving by 10.30am to get a parking space. Alternatively you may have to park at Minack theatre which is a longer walk.

Car Park toilet is 20p, (currently free as the barrier is not working)

I loved this beach. It wasn't busy.
My partner sat on the little chairs we had took. While I went exploring, I am a sea person, love sea food as well.

The car park and toilets ( remember to take 20 pence peices,as most toilets charge)isn't far from the beach.

There is a snack cabin there as you go to the beach.

RNLI is patrolling, there on all the beaches we visited

Loved this beach, felt like we were abroad as it was a lovely day and the light made magic with the sea. We climed the cliff and found the Minack theatre at the top..this was fascinating to see and hear the story from it's conception to current times. The journey down the cliff was hairy I must admit...have to be sure footed, wonderful few hours at this lovely location. Car park and toilets available there too.

This beach is stunning! Beautiful cove with soft golden sand and crystal clear aqua sea. Very Memorable as a place of beauty.
The negatives are accessibility, having a steep slope or steps down so carrying stuff up and down is a challenge. The only toilets are next to the car park which again is at the top of the steep slope or steps. And the only cafe is quite far on along a steep slope. This had a very long queue which we didn’t have the patience to wait in. The car park was full by lunchtime with a queue of cars waiting for other cars to leave. (I used the toilets again the following morning around 9.30 only to find they had not been cleaned and were filthy)

Remember coins for the car park. Easy stroll from there to beach. Sunny in the afternoon. Not crowded in October. Dog was happy(no dogs July to September). Lifeguard vigilant. Steep hillside cliffs frame this clean beach and make it very picturesque.

Blissful afternoon spent at Porthcurno, first time for us.
Dog friendly at this time of the year (October) but cafe closed as it’s seasonal.
Nice, fairly enclosed beach, we felt fairly safe letting the dogs have a run, as it wasn’t overly busy.
Nice big car park, short walk down to the beach from there.
Very clean.
