Ride a replica steam-pulled train for a short ride through the country. Our trip included musical entertainment and a wonderful history lesson. The speaker was a bit hard to hear (you had to give it your undivided attention or you'd miss hearing something). Ride length...More

Was lucky enough to get seats for the Labor Day Weekend Civil War Train Robbery ride. What fun while learning about the civil era; the narrator was beautifully dressed in period clothing as well as both the Confederate and Yankee soldiers. The re-enactment at the...More

This is a real find and worth the run out from Baltimore. The locomotive is an exact copy of the old 1860's wood burners and yes it is real STEAM! (they used the patent drawings to get the details right and with the same attention...More

This is a train ride through the woods in York County, PA. If you like train rides, you will like this one too. The scenery is mostly woods, with a couple of small towns, so don't expect much there. If you want scenery, try the...More

Stopped in the Steam into History building when we heard the train whistle. What a delight. It is designed inside as an old train station. A typical window to buy your tickets just like you see in the old Cowboy movies and TV shows. The...More
