This was our first time on the Christmas express. I was a little weary after I read the bad reviews but I'm glad I didn't listen. It was a very enjoyable trip. We took the first train at 11am. We had a very pretty view throughout the trip. If you went at night there's probably not much to see. The... More

Wow! What a rip off! I attended last year and urge you to save your $$$! Santa bringing a piece of coal would have been better than this! Read on if you'd like the nitty gritty. Need a reason to skip it? How about 10 of them!? 1. The ride claims to be 1hr to 1.5hrs.  Our trip was less... More

Thank you for your candid feedback. We are sorry you felt your excursion to be overpriced and not up to your expectations, we try to be clear on our website about the details and costs of the rides. Sometimes unexpected issues cause the train to start late or be delayed and that is obviously something we can't control. The cost... More

We took our 2.5 year old daughter, and her grandparents on the North Pole Express this past weekend. It was an amazing experience for all. The staff was so friendly, the train was gorgeous and festive, and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus was the cherry on top. Highly recommended to all families, we will definitely be going back next... The train is from the 1920's and was a fun ride. The Conduct was fantastic as he told the history of the area as the train traveled along the rails. We were in the coach car as to the weather was sunny but very windy on the day we went. There are 3 different train cars to ride in and... More

The description indicated that the ride would include a live narrator. There was none. I think they were having trouble with the PA system. No explanation or apology was given. It was a nice ride, but not worth 50+ dollars. When we returned, we were told we could talk to the manager. But we couldn't find one, and no one... More

We got tickets for the fall foliage train ride. We arrived 30 minutes early as suggested, only to find out that the train was running 40 minutes late. They did not apologize for the inconvenience and did not offer anything to compensate for being late. They then cut our train ride by 30 minutes so that the next train wouldn't... More

This was a very relaxing experience. We went in September when the leaves were just starting to change, and it was the perfect temperature. We purchased seats in the train car that's completely open without windows to enjoy the awesome breeze. The only problem with that was it was hard to hear the conductor over the speakers giving a narrative... More

My girlfriend and I went on the Fall Foliage ride on the weekend of 29th October. She had bought the tickets in advance online and got it a little cheaper than it says on their website (which I think is pretty expensive). Adult is $49 and Child is $47 & Infant is $10. We had opted for the noon Fall... More

We've ridden the train several times, mostly because a friend gets us comp tickets at times, because if we had to pay the $21 to $29 per adult price, we'd almost never go. Check Groupon for one, check with local merchants also in case there are other coupons around. The trip is relaxing, gets you off your feet for 45... More
