Cucumber Falls is just off the road down a few flight of stairs. Great view of the 30 foot or so drop, just wished there had a been an actual hike to something a little more remote.

Here's why this is a must see falls: 1. It is located 5-10 minutes from the visitor center at Ohiopyle State Park along Rt 381. It is very easy to get to, and the road has signs posted to guide you. 2. It is consistently beautiful and awe inspiring. It never ceases to remind us of nature at her best.... More

Like any waterfall in this part of the country, the experience depends on the flow which means it will be a different experience each time you stop. Also an easy walk down to Cucumber Rapids on the Yough. It's worth a quick stop even if you're just passing through.

On our way to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, we stopped ay Cucumber Falls near Ohiopyle, PA. It was an easy walk to the falls, and a nice view of the falls.

This is a must-see Pennsylvania waterfall. I live coming here to just take in the beauty of it. The setting is perfect. Thrre are usually crowds, but I went between 8 and 9 am in peak October and was the only one there at the time. I definitely recommend making a stop here on your visit to the area.

Hardcore waterfall hunter. About 3 flights of steps and you'll be at the falls. Easy to get to for most, not necessarily handicap accessible. Beautiful! Just go on a weekday and/or early. Not a lot of parking. But worth the stop!

We had visited the park a few years ago and the falls was beautiful. This year I am assuming the river was low and the falls was not as "full". But the area is pretty and has some nice hiking trails.

My family always enjoys seeing the falls. Great view, easy to access and you're able to dip your toes in the water if you'd like. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

It is an easy, short hike (if that's even what you can call it) to this beautiful site. If you're in the area, it's worth the visit! If you have a little more time, you can take a short hike downstream to the Yough, where you can enjoy the river for a bit!
