Billing itself as a type of museum is misleading. I love comics and my wife is an illustrator and we were both excited about visiting this place. We were both really let down. It's very small and they really don't have much to see.

Very small personal collection. Seemed obscure, although I was familiar with a few things. The Owner and staff were very friendly. My wife and I stopped in with friends and I actually felt bad that we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Someone...More

Quiet and quaint with a very small collection. Nice bookshop at the front but they best part is the unisex bathroom. All the visiting cartoonist have left their mark on the bathroom walls.

We knew going in that this place was small, but were interested in seeing the displays. The Martin Luther King jr. comic book depiction of the early civil rights fight was very interesting. Some may consider the price a little steep at 8 dollars a...More

We did a quick visit to the museum. Parking is a problem but there is metered parking or a garage couple blocks away. It was interesting to see all the cartoon strip displays. My son loved seeing all the characters

The ToonSeum consists of two rooms--period. During our visit, one exhibition (focusing on "how to be an artist/cartoonist" schools and programs) was running a few days beyond its original scheduled termination date, and presumably it was being held longer because the second exhibition was not...More

Not the busiest of places…which I liked. A very decent-sized, interesting collection of a wide variety of cartoon art.

It's only $4 admission but worth double the price. Wile E Coyote must be expected to visit because there is an anvil suspended by a rope over front desk. The main room is adorned with political cartoons from this years presidential campaign. With this year's...More

Tiny place and after we saw the layout even my comic loving teen declined to pay to go in. $8 isn't bad but with 4 that's $32 and my husband who did pay to see the exhibits said that would have been way overpriced in...More
