I’ve lived in the Pittsburgh area all my life. I was amazed to learn how little I knew about the architecture and history of my hometown. The guides are knowledgeable and friendly and really care about preserving Pittsburgh.

PHLF's downtown walking tours are first rate, led by knowledgable guides and FREE with small groups of 10 or less. The walks are in historic areas with fascinating architecture. Not fast paced. Walk, stop and listen then walk, stop and listen.

See more than 25 historical landmarks, hear how the city grew from a military post to modern day. Recommendation - wear very comfortable shoes
