Our daughter really enjoyed Kids night out. It's a great program from kids to learn about various topics. They always have at least one art project, get pizza for dinner and have even been in the planetarium. Thank you for offering this great program!

For a small facility in a smaller town, the RPM is a decent place to visit if you need to spend an extra day in Reading. $10 adult admission for museum and arboretum was quite reasonable.

A beautiful place to hold an event or just enjoy the planetarium programs! We attended a wedding event catered by Boscov's. The event was lovely. The children were able to watch a show in the planetarium and enjoy popcorn.

For a city the size of Reading this museum and its collection are fairly impressive - have been to museums in much larger cities that paled in comparison. Interesting rotating exhibits. Some exhibits are explicitly focused towards children which is good for family or young...More

Worth the visit if you're a curious person who enjoys learning and visiting museums. Locals should definitely bring their kids here. Good variety of exhibits and the cost was reasonable. Summer is a good time to go to also enjoy the outdoor scenes just outside...More

This museum focuses on art, science, and history. I love contemporary art and they had some great examples there. One of my other favorite exhibits was the animated prehistoric animals. You could hear this exhibit all over the museum. I did find it a bit...More

Thank you for visiting!! Sometimes the fun does trickle into other galleries, which can be distracting. But it is a reminder of the fun everyone is having while learning!

There are just snacks in the Gift Shop. There are many places along Penn Ave in west reading (about one mile away) to eat. Ranges from specialty restaurants to McDonald's.
