Just for two dollars more from the regular price I was able to get an all day train ride pass. It is a great deal! I was able to ride the train any amount of times I wanted. I went out for lunch and came...More

Across the road from the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania is one of the nicest steam powered railroads you will travel on. The trip is relatively short, only about 45 minutes but it traverses some of the most beautiful Amish farmland you will ever see. The...More

If time allows the ride on this short line pulled by a Steam Locomotive is fun, but you see much of the same scenery driving the back roads slowly. But the visit itself is a wonderful photo opportunity and break from driving. Area is filled...More

I always enjoy the train ride the views are so picturesque, I took lots of photos. Fun for the whole family, I bought all my grandchildren the railroad hats as my husband always wore one and it is a way for them to remember him.

Husband and I went on the Ho-Bo ride, had lots of fun eating and riding like ho-bo's. Wish the trip was a little longer and not as rushed but all in all it was something different and fun.

This place is cool. We have been here a few times for the Thomas events, and we always enjoy ourselves. We get the combo tickets so that we can take a ride on the steam train as well as Thomas, and for only $2 extra...More

We were very excited for this train ride through "scenic Amish farmland" however the experience left us feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed. You travel a few miles at a snail's pace, stopping several times, and then after 15 minutes we reached the end of the...More

Took our great grandson to Lancaster specifically to ride the Train. He had a blast. Even though a hot day, rode in the open air car. He thoroughly enjoyed the 45 minute ride through Amish countryside. Definitely will return.

It should be a good train ride for fall foliage. It's an excellent train ride to see farmlands in the fall, corn stalks, etc. It's a fantastic experience regardless of the foliage, one I highly recommend. :)
