We have visited this museum for many different events but the Civil War Reenactment and Christmas presentation are the best. The grounds are kept immaculately and the House & Barn are chuck full of interesting antiques and articles.

The house is well preserved and well worth the tour. This is a great place to go solo, on a date, with the family, or in a group. Amazing views and you are... More

Wonderful park to take your children to. It's a fun time in the summer with a picnic area and a place to relax out of the sun. Young children like to wade in the water.

The farm is still active and the park is alive and well. There is a creek to cool off in and catch some cray fish, there are only one or two places... More

Our family loves this park and local history museum. The recent addition of the QR tags around the grounds make our visits that much more informative!

This park is peaceful and charming . They had to remove the barbecue grills due to vandalism but you can bring your own . Trails to walk / small museum and gift shop / special events / fishing . This is a trash-free park so you must pack out trash and dog poop .
