My husband and I stopped here after a 2 hour ride on the East Providence Bike path. Tiny cafe and snacks were limited selections by mid-afternoon but everything was really delicious, especially the drinks. Cozy and homey.

Great shops, restaurants and coffee shops! Don't leave without stopping st Angelina's coffee,Bristol Bagel,Bristol Oyster Bar and The Beehive! A hidden New England Seaside gem that will leave you wanting to return. Visit during the Annual Bristol 4th of July celebration. Come on by. Eat, shop and walk around. There's really only five or so blocks of stuff, but it's all good stuff. Locally made craft stores, great food and of course Lippit Park at the end. This is a lovely part of Providence.

We spent some time wandering along Hope Street visiting the shops. Nice pleasant street and an easy walk. Nothing great.

Bristol is a nice, quaint town, but nothing exceptional. We found the shops to be disappointing. There are a few historical places along the street, but not special.

Was blown away by Hope Street and Bristol town! the only way to describe this place is it's like Disney World but real!! lovely and interesting shops, great restaurants and friendly people. Everything you could want from a small coastal new England town.

I absolutely love Bristol, RI. A very quaint deepwater seaport named after Bristol, England. Bristol has the oldest continuously celebrated Independence Day festivities in the United States. Situated on a peninsula, with Narragansett Bay on its west and Mount Hope Bay on its east, the views are spectacular and the beaches gorgeous. .Hope Street is dotted with shops, restaurants and... Bristol gives the visitor a taste of history, of quiet streets and lovely seashore walks. The people are friendly and the pace of life is more relaxed than in Providence. It's worth stopping and staying a while.

I love walking along Hope Street and visiting the shops and restaurants and cafes. Everyone is very friendly in town and I always want to stay longer than I can. Parking is also free - nice!
