Particularly recommend their annual Yankee steam up when all the machines are operated (but not simultaneously) from a hand stoked, wood fired boiler. Great appeal to engineers (both operating engineers and those with college degrees), technicians, gear heads, and early morse code radio enthusiasts.

For my children here on one of their open house weekend. They absolutely loved it! It was an educational experience that they thoroughly enjoyed. Try to visit their open house weekends.

Corliss engine running under steam today, and the oldest surviving working wireless station in the world. An amazing experience and an incredible time. A great learning experience for the children,...More
