This tiny museum has great exhibits that change every year. Really detailed historical exhibits from local material. Open in summer only.

The Jamestown Historical Society Museum is located in a small historical building near downtown Jamestown. It is only open in the summer. It has very interesting exhibits, which change periodically, about various Jamestown people and places. This summer it features military installations in and around Jamestown during WW 2. There is no fee for entry, although donations are welcomed.…

The Jamestown Historical Society Museum and is in a cute, restored 1886 one-room schoolhouse. Each year there is a new major exhibit about some aspect of the town is created. Volunteers are on hand to explain the exhibits.
