Till the last moment I had no idea where am I going on that Friday evening. It happened to be a surprise from my friend. Not only he took me to amazing Marian Hill show. That concert took place in great local! MET is absolutely great for that type of event, nice people, good atmosphere and acoustic. I'm looking forward... More

Have seen several concerts here. Also, last night, attended the Grownass Prom which was a fund raiser. Great venue, amazing sound and located in a safe, easy to access and park area outside of Providence. It's housed right in the Hope Artist's Village and parking can be found in a nearby lot and many spaces for on-street parking. Bartenders and... More

Several of us went to the 40th Lupo's Anniversary blues celebration in the fall of 2015. Best show I've seen in years. I wish this would be an annual event. The Met has ample seating and standing room, inside and out. Love the patio! Excellent bartenders - fast and accurate. I recommend this club often. The only downside is parking.... More

The Met may be the last of its kind in Rhode Island and I love it! Seating is provided, inside and outside, as well as plenty of standing room, big dance floor, big stage - just perfect. Recently I attended the Lupo's 40th Anniversary blues celebration. The night was like a dream - all the great RI blues artists were... More

The Met has been around for along time. It was located in Providence at one time. The new etc Cafe is in Hope Artist Village. So while your there you can check out the galleries. The Met is a very casual club that features mostly local artists or up and coming acts. It's also right on the bus line in... More

First time visit. Great place to watch a band. Large open area. Was not crowded. 4 bands. Crowd was young, but everyone was friendly & courteous. Full bar. No food. Parking on side streets. Will be back.

Eclectic musical artists here, so the price is generally high to enter. Decent sound and visibility from most areas, limited seating against the walls. The drinks are overpriced and there is no food offered. Smoking on the back patio. Parking can be tight unless you're willing to walk from the nearby side streets.

Small venue but great for upcoming new bands! Great atmosphere even though it's kind of in the middle of no where.. I saw Senses Fail and it was great! Thumbs up MET!

Super small venue, was so close to the stage, crowd was on the young side (way under 21). The bands were great the sound was surprisingly great, cheap tickets compared to other small venue in the area. Only downfall is the area is a tad shady, a little run down. Plenty of parking and easy access to 95. Would visit... More

I went to a concert at the Met, coming from Boston. It was really easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The sound was good, it wasn't too crowded, and there were virtually no lines at the bar or bathrooms. The crowd skews a little young, but I went for the music anyway. If I'd seen the same band...
