The amount of history in here is astounding. I didn't expect the exhibits to go into such detail and really enjoyed seeing the artifacts that were displayed. Don't expect it to be just an in and out deal if you want to see everything.
Kids Section and Natural History Section were a bit hit with my little ones. The other exhibits were great local tidbits for tourtists without a lot of knowledge about Charleston and I wold have loved to spend more time on them but I was chasing...More

Very historic museum. Displays are set up so you can walk thru time. There is an elevator if you need one. Something too see for every one. It takes a good couple of hours to go thru. Worth the time to see, for all ages.
