Excellent tour. History of Blacks and enslavement in Charleston. Very Deep. Discusses painful and truthful aspects of the enslavement of Blacks and how it manifests today. Godfrey is an excellent tour leader.

The tour guide was amazing and so was the tour. I think incorporating more about Geechie and how they survived would be great. It seemed that people wanted to know more about that culture.

Yes it is! We bought a few items from one of the traditional basket weavers on this tour.
