Visit to my granddaughter.

My granddaughter gave us a tour of the campus. We enjoyed seeing where she spends her time. We toured at night and it was beautiful to see the trees with lights.

We walked through here after having some food, on our way back towards our hotel. Compared to other colleges, this college looks very nice and picturesque, so I took a lot of pictures there. There wasn't much to do there per se, but it was a nice spot to walk through in the afternoon light.

Situated betwixt Charleston's commercial district and one of its quaint residential districts the College of Charleston or "The College" as known by its students and alumni is the perfect place to pick up a degree or two. Founded in 1770 or so, the College is a mixture of historic buildings and recent construction. An excellent group of professors and teachers... More

CofC was a beautiful campus and we enjoyed walking around and seeing the grounds. We even ate a meal at one of the campus cafeterias (we miss college!) and it was pretty good! And it was vegetarian!

I love The College of Charleston. It is always a beautiful place to visit. The campus is located in downtown Charleston and has all the amenities that go with it. There are sites to see and great food to eat and history up the wazoo. It's a win/win for everyone's tastes.

This truly lovely campus is in the heart of downtown Charleston. Simply beautiful. Gorgeous main area called the Cistern. Excellent library. Trees covered in Spanish moss.

We happened to come by at night. And it was still a great find even in the dark. The trees are awesome and the college is beautiful. Great place to take pictures.

My husband graduated (undergrad) from here 40 years ago. I had never been to Charleston, so decided to visit. Lovely college town with great restaurants. Great campus with friendly people.

Cool buildings, but college has a very bad reputation with partying. At least 80% of the kids party there. Underaged everything is rampant there. If you want a great place to tour here in CHarleston. Visit the Citadel on a Friday afternoon. The entire college does a traditional Revolutionary War era parade at 330pm every friday.

We walked through this campus but did not enter any buildings. I would have enjoyed an official tour (if there is one). Really nice campus-provides a nice energy to the community.
