We took my 2 year old nephew there and he loved it. He had a great time playing in all the areas. My only complaint is that it's smaller than I thought it would be. It can get really crowded with not many places for parents to sit while waiting.

We wanted to make sure to visit this museum while in Charleston. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She gave us hints about the best way to enjoy the activities. Our two year old painted; played in the water room; dressed up climbed, played and cooked in the castle room; and interacted with lots of other children in the pirate... More

I took my grandaughter to the Princess Tea again this year and was even better than last year. The "Princesses" were so good with the children and their costumes were great. The whole room was nicely decorated and made for a great event.

This Children's Museum is AMAZING! My 2 year old had so much fun here! It is the best money I have spent in a long time. She painted and colored; played in the child sized castle as a princess for quite some time. She loved the water area, the pirate ship was also a favorite! The grocery store are was... More

We have a family pass, and my 2 year old son loves going. On January 4, my son was bullied by kids ages 4-8 from two separate families, both there together. My son wanted to play with them outside near the fire truck, since the other children had made a castle like wall out of legos. Immediately after he walked... More

We were traveling through Charlotte with our toddler. This museum was a great stop! For older kids it may be boring with in an hour, but for my toddler the art room, water room, pirate ship, and grocery store were very entertaining. We easily stayed there for 2+ hours. My daughter could have played in the water room all day... More

Children 7 and 4 had a great time! Easily spent 2 hours in the seven rooms. Cost was 42$ for a family of four. (I spent more on snacks at the movies last night)!

We visited the museum for about an hour during our recent trip to Charleston. There were three adults and my six year old granddaughter. The admission for non-members came to about $90, which we considered extremely high from the second we entered the museum. We have visited other "interactive" concept children's museums in the past, but even to name this... More
