We were traveling with a group who stopped here for a picnic before visiting the museum. It was an OK spot. I would think Columbia would have better locations if you're looking for scenery, though.

We were visiting our daughter at USC. It was a beautiful day and we just wanted to be together and catch up. I found this on Tripadvisor. We had a very nice time strolling along the river/canal and catching up on each other's lives. We loved the signs about the local nature and the canal along the path. The fitness... More

Was a great place to walk the dog, very scenic and well kept. Lots of benches to sit along the way and observe nature.

I had been to the park a few times over the years, but never appreciated as much as when our wedding photographer suggested we go there to take post wedding pictures. Beautiful!

Probably only thing I would change is make walkways wider. So many people are out here, but runners and bikers were courteous when we were walking. Very clean and flat walkways makes it easy for walkers and serious runners. I noticed lots of benches scattered along the way as well. There was a nice flat grassed in area some kids... More

This park surpassed all of our expectations! The parking lot is right in front of a power plant, so we were a little confused upon arrival, but as soon as we reached the bridge we were shocked at how beautiful, well-kept, and clean the park was. There were about ten different families taking pictures around the canal and historic buildings,... More

What a gorgeous walk. It is so peaceful and calming. Lots of great spots for photos. Kept up very well. Wish I had more time to walk it but our time was limited.

Fresh air, with a touch of nature within the city. I enjoy parking down at the Cayce entrance; as it is more rustic and less city scapes. The city park and walk are both lovely.
