We travelled from HiltonHead to golf Bloody Point 2 years ago and couldn't wait to return and actually stay at the Bloody Point Resort for 4 days this week. We weren't disappointed! Exceptional service, incredibly friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Very comfortable accommodation at the Oakley Guest House which included unlimited golf on the... We ate here twice on our recent trip to Daufuskie Island. The menu has great variety, and everything was delicious. It also had a nice ambience but what really makes this restaurant stand out is the genuine warmth of its staff. It's southern hospitality at its best.

We love this gem on this rather remote island. It is not large, nor overstuffed, but the food is excellent, thanks to Chris Matthews. Chris is the chef, and most of the food is pub food, but truly excellent and at a reasonable price. His crab cakes are to die for, the "bang, bang shrimp" keep my wife very happy, and... More

Made a golfing day trip to Bloody Point. Interesting and fun boat ride down the river from Savannah. Course was in decent condition, but showing the effects of the recent hurricane, which the staff and grounds crew are working hard to remedy. Club house staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We first visited Bloody Point October 2015 for our honeymoon and loved it. Beautiful room, friendly staff, breathtaking beach views, and a very serene island in general. We returned earlier in the week for our anniversary but were only there for a couple days when we had to evacuate for Hurricane Matthew. They are so accommodating and very apologetic. We... More

Spent the day golfing Bloody Point with my 15 year old son and his friend. Beautiful layout in a killer setting. 2 teenage novice golfers had me worried: WE HAD A BLAST. Thank you Bloody Point's head pro Patrick Ford and your entire staff. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and attuned to our needs the staff at Bloody Point has got game.... More

I've been staying at The Westin for several years and have always wanted to do this excursion to Bloody Point on Daufuskie Island. I'm so glad I finally did it. The short 30 min boat ride and Capt were great. Upon arriving to the island you are greeted by a shuttle for a quick ride to the clubhouse. Then a... More

Really nice golf course, pool area, and restaurant! Nice to take the golf cart and go around the grounds and look at all the home around the golf course. Nice beach access, we will return!

A group of friends took a 9 a.m. boat from the Westin Harbor in Savannah to Bloody Point. The trip took about 35 minutes. We unloaded and found ourselves on a beautiful, quiet beach. We enjoyed sunning on the beach, looking for seashells, and having the place to ourselves. We explored the island in golf carts, stopped at the winery,... More
