Great customer service. We had a flat tire and they came to replace it in a very reasonable amount of time. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Wheelz is a HHI staple! The company is family owned and so service friendly that I will use them until we stop going to HHI. Highly recommend.

Easy booking online; loved the option to schedule delivery. Bikes were parked/locked up immediately outside our accommodations when we arrived on the island. Everything was in great condition, including the add on child trailer. We loved biking the beach/island and highly recommend this activity!

We have rented bicycles from them for the past three years and could not be happier. When I call to schedule they have all of my previous information and all that I have to do is give them my arrival date and departure date. We will definitely continue to use them.

WHEELZ is a wonderful choice for your bike rental while you are staying on Hilton Head Island!! The quality of their bicylces, their promptness & service are wonderful. Please consider them for all of your bicycle needs.

Wheelz is by far the best bicycle rental company on Hilton Head. We've rented from multiple companies over the years and I cannot say enough good things about their service, price and quality of their bikes. We had a discount code for another company during our recent stay and thought we would try them boy were we sorry we did. The quality of the bikes was so bad we had to ask that they be picked up. We were only reimbursed half the rental fee even though we didn't have them 24 hrs. We immediately went to Wheelz and got the most perfect bikes delivered right away. Their bikes are almost effortless to ride. Always choose Wheelz. You won't regret it.

Bikes were awesome 👏 they brought them to our hotel and picked them up. Definitely worth the price to. We will for sure use them in the future.

Lisa and team provide a fantastic experience. As others have stated a seamless process with terrific customer service. Our whole group of 11 had super fun time enjoying the island on bike! Thanks for helping making it a wonderful trip!
