I love this park! I view is so relaxing.I watch the kids play in the springs, the fishmen as well as an occasional tug boat pass. This is the best place for am. Yoga or a nice run

good for the children. you can fish off the pier. my son came and picked me up and took me fishing off the pier. we caught several fish. this was a great day I got to spend a wonderful day with my son who I don't get to see to often. I cooked a wonderful meal for us from our... More

Wonderful children's playground. Very touching and informative tribute. Interesting art. Beautiful views of river and ship yard. Second visit there and will definitely visit again.

Explored the area of the former Navy Base and came across the park. It is tastefully laid out and pays homage to the Navy activities and personnel who were stationed there. A very nice park with an area dedicated to the Charleston Naval Shipyard and its part in servicing the navy ships for over 100 years.
