2-Hour Guided Segway Tour of Huntington Beach State Park in Myrtle Beach

65 reviews
Come and join us for a 2-Hour Guided Segway Tour at one of the Grand Strand’s most beautiful wetland and wildlife preserves, Huntington Beach State Park in Myrtle Beach. Nature lovers will enjoy the park’s Environmental Education Center for the chance to see Loggerhead Turtles and other endangered wildlife species up close. The park’s freshwater lake along the causeway is a sure-fire place to see Alligators basking in the sun, a variety of bird species, and maybe even a mink or two.

Known for its natural beauty, Huntington Beach State Park was the former winter home of Anna Hyatt and Archer Huntington, sculptress and philanthropist, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy. Make sure to leave enough time in your day to also visit Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style castle which was their residence and sculpting studios. This tour is around two hours in length with training. Still plenty of time to enjoy the beach and relax before or after your tour.

Booked a golf trip for 8 friends to stay in a 4BR Condo through TEE-LINKS.com. Had to modify original reservation with addition of 1 extra golfer and 1 golfer for golf only. You would have thought it was the end of the world for this booking company. Booked a 3BR Condo for 6 golfers. Problem was that there were only 5 BEDs and we were told there would be 6. EVEN THE FRONT DESK THOUGHT THERE WERE 6 BEDS! Booked a 2 BR condo for 3 people which led to an upcharge of $59pp. Turned out to be a 3BR condo (PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS). I have been coming to MB area for 30 years and this was by FAR the worst place I have ever stayed at. We left a day early. We didn't need to sleep there one more night. Carpeting was FILTHY. Walls were FILTHY. Paint was PEELING. Doors were LOOSE. Whole villa needed to be gutted and remodeled. They shouldn't even be allowed to rent this place. Could hardly move in room with double bed. Look at the picture of the PHONE! Oh, ONE MORE THING. We booked a breakfast package and were told breakfast would be at the River Club Golf course Clubhouse every morning. Nope. We had to drive a few miles every morning to the main check in at Litchfield Resort to have breakfast at their restaurant. No pool, no hot tub. Everything was at the main resort which you had to DRIVE to. Tee-Links.com was full of misinformation. They had no clue what they were talking about. Everything they told us about the accommodations was wrong. Don't book a golf package with this outfit.

Outstanding staff and course is really nice. Some very challenging holes - water comes j to play on more than half of them, and plenty of bunkers too. Course was in great shape today and I will definitely be playing here again periodically now that I live in the area.

Been year since last time we played this - good course had a great outing. Value okay. Lots of water and 2nd 9 to me is always a bit narrower and tigher than front nine so adapt your game. I always loose 1-2 more balls here than any other course, but score better if you keep it in the fairways!

This course is a must play for my group every year when we visit MB. Wide fairways with very good to excellent greens make this a fun day of golf. The holes are interesting to play and also challenging. A varied set of tees let you play to your ability level. A good course to start on if you are staying in the south strand. There is enough water and bunkers on the course to challenge all golfing abilities. A fun relaxing day of golf with friends on a fun course to play made this an excellent choice.
