Although you can view this only from a distance it is a marvel to behold. (It can also be seen rising above Hwy 16 if you are driving North.) It is a massive sculpture. Make sure you watch the orientation film about it and the...More

Breathtaking beginning for what will be largest stone monument in the world. Don't miss the short film telling the story and the small museum which has a wonderful collection of Indian art, crafts and cultural items.

I have read some poor reviews of it so never put it on our list of things to do. We decided this trip to take a chance as we were just two seniors traveling without kids. I don't know why it has mixed reviews. We...More

The story behind the creation of Carzy Horse is interesting in itself, but to see the sculpture first hand is amazing. Despite not being finished, it'll take many many years for that, it is amazing. To carve the tunnel, which is under the 'pointed arm...More

It's hard to get the sheer scale of this until you get up close.Mount Rushmore seemed big and impressive, but this is even bigger. When you look at the enormous pieces of excavation equipment in the mountain you realise just how big this scultpure will...More

I am so pleased we went along to see this. So you pay $28 per car which then gives you access for three days and means you can go back in the evening to see a light show. The info film at the start is...More

$11/person to get in the park. $4/person to ride the bus. We spent an hour, but you could spend a lot more time.
