Since I didn't get a chance to see his ghost at the Bullock Hotel, I did the hike up to his grave and felt a bit more of his presence. And it's a good workout.

It is a steep drive. Then you pay $2 per person to enter. After that is a steep walk. The views are gorgeous, breeze is cool and the history is interesting. Make sure you have time to walk around and look at the other parts...More

Neat historic cemetery, but you have to pay $2.00 to enter.......NOT WORTH IT----we did it but would not recommend it. You enter and walk uphill towards Buffalo Bill's grave Calamity Jane is buried right next to ole Buffalo Bill. Save your money and go to...More

Definitely worth a stop, just be prepared to hike some hills! Good views of Deadwood. The Graves offer a glimpse of life (and death) in what was once the frontier.

This is a cool cemetery, but the big attraction is the grave of Buffalo Bill. The entire town is a huge tourist trap. Not really my cup of tea

I like to come here as well when out in the Hills! It is neat to see all the well known headstones of people like Wild Bill and Calamity Jane as well as even Seth Bullock.

Had wanted to go here but once finding out you have to pay to see an upgraded grave we skipped it. Not real genuine

I saw this when I was a kid and decided to go see it again. I thought the visitation center was interesting and could have skip walking in the 90 degree weather to see something that is not in its original state.

Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickock are both buried here, side by side. Nice memorials to them, worth a visit if your into westerns etc. It is situated on top of quite a steep hill overlooking Deadwood, so either drive up or make sure you...More

The entire cemetery is on a hillside. The walkways can be steep, but much of it is paved, so perhaps a wheelchair could be used.

I haven't been in winter, but I can tell you the road to get up to the cemetery was a small winding road so if there is snow or ice, it would probably be treacherous. I've just moved to MT from the South and it seems that... More

We did not take it, but there is a tour bus that makes the trip there. However it is right in town, and there is plenty of free parking at the cemetery.
