Great place to visit and filled with historical memorabilia about Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickock. An audience participation reenactment of Wild Bill's assassination is very entertaining and the atmosphere is great in the pub itself.

It was so interesting to see all the pictures of famous cowboys that have been through this city, the wooden floor makes it so real on how things where in the past and it feels like you were actually stepping into the past.

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary we decided to dine at the NO. 10, as it is our restaurant of choice when in the Deadwood area. Again, it did not disappoint. Nice atmosphere and interesting menu options, our server Troy was a gem and even gave us a lovely dessert to honour our special occasion. Without a doubt, this is THE... More

If you want to have a drink where Wild Bill was shot, this is the real deal. The tour guide walks you through the last couple of days of Wild Bills life and the two trials that took place after his death. A must stop in your travels to Deadwood!

The Saloon #10 is the salon where Wild Bill Hickok was shot on August 2, 1876. The place is full of decorations and that reminds of the old style saloon, with saw dust on the floor. Staff is very friendly and there is a good variety of beers. We did not do any gambling, but just relaxing a while and... More

We stopped in Deadwood to take some photo's and grab lunch. We where traveling with our french bulldogs and we where concerned about dog friendly places to eat. The girls in the bar where very excited to have them come in and even posed for a few photos. The wings are excellent here and the beer is always cold. I... More

The locals pointed me here - great drinks and live music! Also centrally located so I could get back to my hotel, the Iron Horse, (right across the highway) after a few whiskeys.

What we really love in places like this is the atmosphere and the surroundings. This saloon/restaurant had a great mixture of both. We are always fascinated by the old huge bars and it is so well maintained that you can imagine what it was like back it's heyday. Hearing the stories of the saloon and the town was also an... More
