Saw signs for this place for hours before we got here. I don't know what I expected but was dissappointed. It's basically a souvenir shop. It did have a few sections with better type jewelry and clothes. I was expecting a bigger section with old...More

We were traveling to the Sturgis rally and had to stop at Wall Drug. It really is just a giant tourist trap but if you go knowing that it's kind of fun. There are many many shops all kind of connected with more cheap souvenir...More

You have to stop here because your parents stopped here with you, and someday your kids will stop with their kids. Great ice cream, and endless rooms of "stuff." A nice way to break up the long stretch of driving through South Dakota.

If your traveling through the area it is hard to miss the signs. It is a decent place for a rest stop. My family enjoyed it, a few things worth looking at, nice rock shop (most of the food such as the donuts I was...More

I heard SO much about this place and it was interesting but less than I imagined. Lots of shops and a good cup of Joe was only a nickel. Fun to visit but not worth the hour drive.

I've been going to South Dakota for the last three years for work, but never made it farther than Sioux Falls. However, I saw a lot of Wall Drug billboards along the highways and glad I finally made it there. It was pretty cool place....More

Best things here are the free ice water and the five cents coffee. Donuts are good but a little over priced. Interesting shops with helpful people. Been there, done that.

Stopped here on a bus tour and I would have been happy if they drove right by. Although you get a free cup of water and their homemade donuts are good, the whole block of shops really has nothing to offer. At least I can...More

We saw the thousand signs for Wall Drug on our way East and decided we had to stop. Everyone is friendly and the place is neat but a lot of things seemed overpriced and very touristy. I'm sure it would be a fun stop with...More

Basically right across the interstate. (7.6 miles or 11 minutes) The drive through the Badlands returns via the Interstate. It is a great drive.

We went through 2 times about 8 days apart and never experienced that. No real problems besides the crowds but it was peek tourist season.
