Great place to loose your thoughts and just enjoy the moment. always cooler than the surrounding area because of the cool water coming form the lake. Early in the morning or late in the evening you may get to se wild turkey or deer.

I live very close to the dam and I love the water so I am at the dam/lake all the time. I enjoy every part of the lake from swimming fishing boat riding, the people, picnicking, camping, marvelous sunsets and the calming of mother nature.
