Not a must see as far as caves go

Ruby falls is interesting and the water fall itself is spectacular but the tour is a bit fast pace and not as informative as other cave tours

Don't bother if you are claustrophobic! You'll never make it. But if you get down there and can't continue, they will usher you back out post haste, which is really good. You go down an elevator, further down into the mountain than the Empire State Building is tall, then walk through some tight cavernous areas until you come to the water... More

The falls are beautiful and the walk was exciting. Great stories from the tour guide and lots of history. A true must see.

This place was amazing. The tour guide was very informative and the caboose made sure no one got lost. There were a lot of people down there, but we were just with our group for most of the trip. Be warned though, we had to wait about an hour outside to get a ticket when we went there in the... More

This has been a must visit through out my life. I came as a kid several times but also came on my honey moon and finally got to being my daughter this time. She loved seeing all the stalagmites and stalactites - not to mention the memory we made by making a wish at the falls itself. I miss being... More

Nice place to go on a date... I went with a fairly new girlfriend and we had a pretty nice time. The guide was entertaining and made everyone feel like a participant. If you've never been, it's worth checking out if you're in the area.

Good rainy day or hot day and cool off long walk with guide so if your not in fairly good leg shape be await of it. Their are groupes passing on the way out if your legs give out you can return with them

I'll never forget this trip to Ruby Falls. Such amazing colours and formations! We took entire tour as a family, seeing the falls from the inside out!

This underground/in the mountain waterfall is truly awe inspiring! Worth the entrance fee, but if you have claustrophobia, this may not be for you.

Ruby Falls is another Must See location if visiting Chattanooga. If you don't have a fear of elevators then this elevator ride down deep within the mountain will let you out to an amazing tour along the path the Falls which if full of interesting sites within the mountain all with a guide. Take lots of photos !!
