Fantastic experience!!! If you are fit enough to trek 3-4 days uphill with a pack at high altitude than you need to add this to your bucket list! There are mules you can hire pretty cheap to carry your stuff too, if need be.

Tough hike to get there and back but what a site! There were very few others and the ruins are fantastic. You could see more walls anytime you looked into the jungle. When and if they finish reclaiming the site from the jungle it is...More

Hard hike, totally worth it!! Imagine climbing stairs for 14 miles, then make it hot and buggy. Once at the top it is amazing.... You can drink the glacier water and relax in cool mountain air!! The ruins are wild!
