This venue is simply gorgeous! It also has a lot of seating while feeling intimate. I enjoyed a concert here with a friend, and we had a great view of the stage. The acoustics were great too. I look forward to attending more shows here.

I've attended various Broadway plays and performances at the Tennessee Theatre and it is always a special treat! The theatre is beautiful, nicely restored, the seats are comfortable. They could use more ladies bathrooms, but what public venue couldn't? It is a special place.

Beautiful old restored theater complete with antique organ that raises and lowers to above and below stage level. It occasionally has silent movies with organ accompaniment and also family movies.

Love seeing bands perform here! Beautiful architecture lovingly restored to its original beauty. Don’t miss an opportunity to attend a show here.

Beautiful, the Tennessee theater is an event all by itself just being there. Even if it is just to see a movie the atmosphere makes it so much more.

As folks mentioned, several hotels close to the theatre--and the Knoxville Trolley system is free--although doesn't operate late--but a trolley to the event and an uber home might be helpful. Google Knoxville free trolley... More

Sorry for the delay in answering. I believe they give tours, but best thing to do is contact the ticket office and ask.
