We paid on a calm sunny day over the Easter holidays and truly enjoyed the experience. Our 1 year old daughter was in her buggy which was challenging to push up and down the footpaths but we got to see everything except the sea arch which is at the bottom of a few hundred steps. The views from the end... More

Visited mizon head today and was amazed by the beauty of this place. We got a fantastic sunny day for our visit so it's made the trip all the more worthwhile. It's buggy friendly so that's always a plus! Although we did pick a stunning day to visit, I'm sure even in worse weather it would still be incredibly beautiful... More

Although it's out of the way, Mizen head is definitely worth the trip. Great views of the wild Atlantic and the rough Irish coast with a nice historical centre for the Lighthouse. There are a lot of steps/stairs involved in getting the full experience.

This does cost 6 euros per person, but it was worth it and I'm not one that usually likes tourist attractions. We did get there just as it opened so there were very few people there which made it extra nice. The paved walkways are verily easy to maneuver, but you are walking down to the lighthouse which means you... More

We went on an amazing sunny day and the scenery and views were spectacular! So many viewing points and great for working calories off! Lots to see including seals in the sea under the bridge and different varieties of bird. Lovely to relax outside after with a cup of tea admiring the views! Superb! 👍🏻👍🏻☘️☘️🇨🇮😏

So glad we drove here. It is amazing - can't believe this isn't marketed as a must see in Ireland. More impressive than many other sights. It is a bit scary but a fantastic experience. 100% worth the journey & visit.
