Not visiting Mizen Head means missing a significant part of Ireland. Going to the very end of the path you'll have breathtaking views of the cliffs. Also a must is the arch view. Crossing the bridge you might have the chance to spot playing seals....More

WEll worth the drive through Schull and Goleen. Great views and a magnificent vista when you walk down to the Mizen itself. The visitor Centre is quite good but could be developed further. Nice Coffee Shop and pleasant staff.

Yes, dogs are welcome at the Mizen, but they must be kept on a lead. Enjoy your visit!

No, it is open at the weekends November to February, 11am-4pm.

This year Mizen Head will be open from March 1 daily 10.30-5. Enjoy your visit!

Yes, we were amazed to see a paved path that was wide enough for both a stroller or a wheelchair to enjoy the wonderful view.

Indeed yes but yesterday I found a huge pile of dog dirt on the path so please bring a bag in case ofd this and thank you. Dogs love the place and rightly so.
