Beautiful beach with lovely clear water. Wasn't brave enough for a swim but had lovely walks on the clean sand. It was fabulous to see a few people on the beach with their horses and everyone having such fun.

Had a gorgeous swim here, safe and clean. Nice long walk for the dogs once the tide is out! No toilets that I saw and no life guards!

My wife and I visited in July, 2018. It is absolutely amazing! I was amazed to find the beach completely deserted. The white sand contrast with granite rocks and incredible colours. If only the water was not so freezing cold it would be perfection.

Besides a camper park on the same beach not many people on this isolated beach. Best for relaxing, reading, the views and perhaps water sports such as kayaking I’m pretty sure i saw ice cubes bobbing around in the ocean.

Great place to observe seals as well as walk the dog. It is generally quiet and offers wonderful views of Mweelrea.

This was 200 m from our cottage and great for a brisk walk and a very cold swim if your inclined and brace enough.
