Ullard church is not Duiske Abbey. Duiske Abbey can be found in the centre of Graiguenamanagh, but Ullard church is a beautiful 12th century romanesque ruin a number of miles outside the town along the R705.
This magnificent church is in the centre of the town. Really historical and peaceful. It is in very good condition. A booklet outlining its history can be purchased for €3.50. It is unusual to see a church of this vintage so well preserved in Ireland
