Chef Catherine Fulvio is friendly, personable and super talented. Her entertaining baking demonstration was one of our trip highlights. The scones and soda bread were delicious along with homemade jam. We wish we lived nearby to visit often.

Well worth a visit. Catherine is a great host. 24 of us visited on Wednesday. Learnt a lot. Put the skills into practice and then ate it all. The recipe for focaccia is wonderful.

Myself and my partner attended the "Eat like an Italian" cookery course and stayed in Ballyknocken House for the night. The cookery class was really enjoyable and we got some great cooking tips from our teacher. Catherine herself cooked us dinner which was absolutely stunning....More

With alot of fun. Had Celtic games, clay shooting,lunch, bird show, sheep herding and whiskey tasting. The lunch was awesome a the staff was friendly. Highly recommended.
