Well worth a visit - stating point for the Railway Walk to Corbiere
We visited St. Aubins before taking the railway walk to Corbiere. There is a lovely walk by the quayside with views across the bay to Fort Elizabeth and St Helier. There is also a choice of coffee stops and other food outlets and a convenient store to take on supplies.

    Pretty seaside town and harbour
St Aubins is a pretty seaside town, with a charming harbour and a beautiful beach. At low tide you can walk along the beach to St Helier or take the land train from the harbour. A good selection of pubs and restaurants and places to have a drink outside. There are also frequent buses into St Helier and other locations. Parking after 17.00 and on a Sunday is free

    Pretty village
A lovely harbour with plenty of choice of drinking and eating places. Plenty of boats bobbing around. Apart from a dress shop, ice cream and Morrisons mini store there is no shopping. The land train leaves from here to travel to St Helier. Which takes about 35 minutes. A great way to see the coastline. Bike hire which leads straight onto cycle path. If you are looking for a special meal or afternoon tea then climb the road to The Somerville Hotel with panoramic views from the bar and restaurant.

A harbour with a whole new meaning of high and dry.
A pretty harbour surrounded with cafe's and bars to sit and just relax. The amazing fact about this harbour is the tidal drop which can be 20 feet or more. For a little retail therapy there are many shop radiating from the harbour.

    Beautiful location
This pretty harbour was a few minutes from where we were staying so we visited here on several occasions. There is plenty of seating and plenty to see with a vast array of boats filling the water. The tides go in and out at a quick pace here, so very interesting to watch. There is parking and lots of bars/restaurants and cafes along with a small supermarket to get supplies.

We walked to St Aubin from La Corbiere along the old railway line and then enjoyed lunch and a stroll around the harbour and beach. For me, St Aubin was a little underwhelming in the off-season, but the harbour views are still pretty impressive whether you are looking out to the fort, across the wide sweeping curve of the bay to St Helier, or back towards St Aubin with the large houses perched up on the hillside behind the town. We enjoyed a nice walk along the beach but as the tide was coming in, we didn't quite make it as far out as the fort. Worth spending a little time exploring but I suspect this place comes more into its own in the summer months.

A weeks holiday in St. Aubins in June was the perfect tonic for us. Casual stroll round the harbour, then to relax in the sun at the end of the pier, was our usual routine. High tide and low tide transformed the harbour (obviously), but to us landlubbers it was a novelty. The weather took a turn for the worse on the Wednesday but that didn’t detract from lovely St. Aubins.

Weather ok. A good few walks on beach at low tide. Hotel we stayed at lovely but St Aubin itself was closed ! Some of the restaurants were still open (some only in the evening) could not find anywhere to just have a drink and a little lunch snack. No shop other than a mini Morissons.

I came here with a friend for dinner and returned the next day alone (EBI May she was busy) to explore. I arrived via the Petit Train from St Helier, which coat £5 for a single trip.
The harbour is beautiful, some lovely restaurants, cafes, hotels, a small Morrison’s supermarket and a costa are there too. There are public toilets.
A lovely little trip.

We stayed in St. Aubin over looking the harbour. It is lovely. St. Aubin has a really safe, friendly feel about it. There are small restaurants lining the harbour and a great view of St. Aubins fort.

We tossed up whether to stay in St Aubin or St Helier for our 7 night stay on Jersey and were so glad that we made the decision to stay here. Such a pretty village with lots of restaurants to choose from, a huge beach and enough services like a Morrisons supermarket and good bus connections to both airport and main centres. St Helier to us had no charm.
