The Fresh Fish Company recently opened its shop on Victoria Pier, near La Colette, St Helier. It's all about local, fresh produce - obviously fresh fish (surprise surprise!) but they've really branched out and now provide an assortment of delicious food. I love this place and if I'm ever passing and trying to decide what to have for lunch I will pop in and get a box of picked crab meat, perhaps with a box of locally grown tomatoes (real flavour) and maybe some strawberries for pudding. It's a cross between a fish counter and a deli, with real character. This is food shopping for enthusiasts. If it's a sunny day it's a short walk from St Helier, past the old harbours - very scenic. You can drive too - there's parking.

What a gem of a place, the lady serving couldn't have been more helpful, loads of fresh fish, lobster, crab, seafood, tomatoes, oils, breads and veggies and all at reasonable prices. A bit off the beaten track but so close to the centre of town , so not to be missed.

If you need a fruit de Mer for a picnic or fresh fish for cooking at home this is a great place to go for it.
They have a chef who prepares various ready meal such as fish en croute, coquiles St Jacques and they are really tasty.
The shop has a fantastic selection of crab, lobsters and local caught fish. It's worth the trip just to see the display.
They have a local baker who supplies them with fresh quality different styles of bread and cakes.
The shop also has a range of deli type products and special olive oils.
I personally think that the fresh scotch eggs they make and sell are the best I've ever tasted!

Love the fresh fish selection at this company and the other produce and salads are very good. I have had a couple of fruit de mer's this summer and have no complaints at all from this company.

Best place on the island for the freshest and best quality fish and shellfish. The staff are so friendly and helpful and even suggest plenty of different ways to try your fish! If you are not sure what to get they give you the best advice and prepare all the fish for you. Never seen fresher fish anywhere!

If you want absolutely fresh wholesome fish, Vicki will make your shop a delight. Vicki and her team are so helpful and knowledgeable, I am not alone saying I always leave with a smile. This place is a gem.

Never disappointed with the wonderful cooked crabs both spiders in season and chancre crabs. Buy for a picnic, grab a jar of helmans from the supermarket and some nice brown bread and head for the beach one fine sunset evening in Jersey. You will know you are in heaven.

Well worth a visit the view of the nearby beach is great.I was disappointed at the lack of fish available on our visit. Perhaps we chose the wrong day.

We went here while on holiday to get some dinner for the evening.
We chose the prawn cake. Oh my god it was the best cake I have ever had. The crispy outside crumbled crackers tasted so lovely and the red peppers, spring onion and seasoning with just perfect.
I will defiantly be popping back for more on next years holiday.
