I expected to find a historic site but was greeted with a run down leisure centre. Good play area for children and an excellent café. Took a walk round the battlements and the views were magnificent but had a very run down feeling. Access was strange. First you had to go into the multi-storey car park and take the lift... More

Very beautiful leisure centre converted from a old fort. All sort of facilities available from badminton to judo. Great for a sport day.

Been here a couple of times over the years and have seen changes each time. The trip upto the Fort after parking is a little odd like a labrynth of esculators and lifts. We mainly use the place to have a sit for an hour so the kids can burn some energy off in the large indoor soft play area.... More

We went to Fort Regent to see Sarah Millican's Outsider show in September this year. The parking is not great - we only just managed to get a space so get there early if it's likely to be busy. Entry to the building is up and down strange escalators/lifts and doesn't feel logical. Once inside, it's a bit of a... More

Expected a bit more than was delivered. It's primary role is now a leisure complex, with the Fort History as an afterthought. Has a "Council Run" look to it, tired and in need of a good update. Armed with a map, we only found the tour route by guesswork and asking staff we bumped into. Lots of locked doors and... More

Been to Jersey a few times now, and never ventured into Fort Regent before now (i do have my reasons lol, mainly to do with my kids - i always blame the kids!) So this year, was the year - hoorah, as i noticed a leaflet about the history of the fort in our hotel, which i'd never noticed before... More

We walked up to Fort Regent from the town only to find at the top that there is an escalator! A helpful lady at reception gave us a leaflet which tells you all about the Fort's history. We followed the history trail right round the outside and were rewarded with the most stunning views across St Helier. We'd seen the... More

Visited with my wife. sister in law and brother in law. Very interesting and informative walk around the outside walls followed by great value snack. Take your time as there are many little nooks and crannies that you may miss. We had a great view of lightening storm and very heavy rain. Thank goodness they have put a roof on.... More

I came here with our children 25 years ago. I'm sure it's different now. Café with good value meals. Ideal place to keep young children amused. Good views. But - tired, dusty, paving slabs broken, rock as you tread on them, and need replacing. Needs painting, repairing, renewing. Worth a visit with kids on a rainy day.

It's really not a lesuire centre. Everything it's extremely old and out dated. There was a play area for kids, worlds oldest and worst arcade ever, toilets, sports centre, and shop. Really was a disappointment after walking up there. Needs doing up and was nothing like how it's was in 1970's. The ice rink, swimming pool etc
