Tantivy Blue Coach Tour Company. Founded 119 years ago. We have been a family-owned business for several generations. Our management team have over 150 years of coaching experience. All our uniformed driver/ guides are well versed and provide live commentary about Jersey and its unique history. Our modern fleet of coaches and minibuses range between 16 and 43 seats, some vehicles offer, air conditioning and seat belts.

Excellent way to explore the island and see the best it has to offer. The half day was enough to get to the best bits to revisit at leisure.
Tim the driver was a fountain of knowledge on Jerseys history and culture with Entertaining commentary on it’s famous inhabitants and customs
Good value at the price with sufficient comfort breaks- highly recommended

We originally booked for the whole day tour , but there was a mix up with bookings and we were offered seats on the 1/2 day tour which was definitely a worth while trip
Tim our driver was excellent and very knowledgeable about the coast of Jersey
So if your looking for a relaxing 1/2 day trip this is worth a look

Good value for money half day tour around the island. Manual our driver was entertaining and there are reserved seats for people with mobility issues. The company should put on the leaflet length of each stop as we wanted to have lunch but by the time we stopped at Gorey the cafés were only doing cakes not sandwiches so take your snacks & water with you
Great opportunities for photos. By afternoon the coach got very warm as there is no air con.

Used Tantivy for our airport transfer from Jersey to hotel in St Helier. On arrival they had a mini bus ready and waiting for us, but on seeing how easy the local bus was to get to St Helier and came right to the airport door I wish we had done that ! Would of been a lot cheaper !
On our return we had a note left in our hotel room to be waiting outside a neighbouring hotel at 7.50am , so we got there at 7.40am! And we waited an hour !! We phoned the company at 8am to be informed that the mini bus was 10 mins away !! At 8.20 am another couple phoned to be informed it was going to arrive “any minute now” any minute turned out to me 20 more minutes! So the explanation we were given on the phone was not correct !
Ok so we arrived at the airport with plenty of time for our flight ! And that is what we were told ! But it was not the point ! The point was we rushed an early breakfast to be there at the time stated , and the explanations on the mini bus whereabouts was incorrect !
Basically they got us to and from the airport , but there are many other cheaper options I wouldn’t use them again .

We booked our tour around the island all day through our hotel. Our coach turned up later than expected but delays do happen. Our driver and the tour guide were very friendly and helpful and the day went very quick. My only complaint was the state of the coach,obviously it must have been old stock. The seats inside looked very dirty , the windows were dirty as you could not see very well looking out.

The driver (Tim) was very friendly polite informative and humerus, however the tour had too many meaningless boring stops and long talks
As interesting as it was the stops in front of numerous houses, the jersey cows Billy Butlins grave and St John’s Manor went on for too long and should have been told while driving.
This left the stops too short, there wasn’t time to get a cup of tea which we were all needing, except for Brelades bay . I expected longer stops at beautiful bays which would have been more fruitful and enjoyable

An outstanding and friendly coach company that goes out of its way to serve its customers. I organised a 3-day visit to Jersey for a group of 34 members of IESF, a society of engineers and scientists with wives. Tantivy coaches provided our transport needs ranging from an all day island tour to drop off and pick up services when visiting sites and restaurants etc. The drivers, Trevor and Roy, were thoughtful and proactive in adapting the service to suit specific needs, such contacting the management in order to provide a 16 seater to ride in tandem with the coach to ensure that some of our members who had limited mobility could more easily reach a destination that was inaccessible to the coach. The company managers/directors were available and keen to ensure that our needs were being met.

We dud the half day tour which we thought was excellent. The driver Manuel was very witty and gave loads if local information thst was interesting. We really enjoyed the tour and highly reccomend you book this.

The full-day tour of Jersey Island was an exceptional experience, largely due to Martin our tour guide. His informative explanations, combined with his warm and approachable demeanour, made the tour both enjoyable and enlightening. The blend of historical, cultural, and natural attractions provided a comprehensive overview of Jersey, leaving us with a deep appreciation for this beautiful island.

Excellent way to explore the island on a rainy day. I did the half day trip which was just over 4 hours and enough to see most of the island and to see the best bits to come back to and spend more time.
Tim was our driver and was excellent. A fountain of knowledge on Jerseys history and culture with entertaining commentary on it’s famous inhabitants and customs. I learnt a lot in the few hours.
Great value at the price with sufficient comfort breaks- highly recommended.

We arrive at airport at 8:35 Am and have until 4:55 Pm flight. Do you have a half day tour as your all day tour would cause us to miss flight. How far is it to tour start from airport? Are there other tour companies that have off and on tours. Sandy aHolz
