Interesting with lots of sad stories. However so much more could be done.
It is an interesting place to visit with some incredibly sad stories told written on boards. But that is pretty much all there is there bar a few hospital beds. You walk down loads of large tunnels which are damp and cold solar you will need descent shoes and at least a jacket. Don’t turn up in flip flops and sun tops etc. there are a few old artefacts to look at on entering and only a few things like hats, mugs and books to purchase if interested. I do feel more should be put in the tunnels to give a better idea of how it was used. Even if it was pictures on display boards. If not that then an audio description describing each part.

An amazing place to visit, packed with original artefacts from WW2.
My teenage son and I visited the museum and we were not disappointed. It is full of WW2 German occupation equipment of all types and we spent a lot of time absorbing the displays. I would 100% recommend this place to visit when in Guernsey.

    Tunnels of Artefacts
This is a sound way to spend an hour if you’re into the social or military history of WW2. This isn’t one I’d recommend for kids- not a lot of signage or any loos. Better for older adults or history buffs. Worth a look for sure.

    An Interesting Museum.
It's a bit of a walk from the town, but well worth the walk. It's an interesting collection of items from a dark period in the island's history. The tunnels themselves are fascinating, and the artifacts bring alive those years of occupation.

    Great museum
This is a very friendly museum though not very big it has a lot of exhibits to see and a lot of books etc for sale. It is s good place to go when the weather is not very good. There are a lot of exhibits to see with lots of information about them. There are items that the local Guernsey people would have used during the occupation. it is Guernseys largest collection of WW1 and WW2 memorabilia. It is easy to find your way around.

Very good collection of WW2 material. Originally used for protecting fuel storage tanks and now turned into a museum. Worth a look round. not far outside town.

Very comprehensive collection in a unique setting. The single display of a striped 'pyjama' outfit worn by slave workers from Lager Sylt concentration camp on Alderney was a chilling reminder of why evil must never be allowed to triumph
