My wife and I fancied doing something different so we took our young daughter and had great fun painting pottery of our choice from the vast range on offer. We were given up to 90 minutes each which was more than enough time. The price of each item was very reasonable considering all of the paints and materials available to use. Due to our stay in the area being short, we paid a small amount for the shop to send us the finished pottery by post after it had been glazed and kiln dried. Found by accident as we drove past one afternoon and knew it would be so lovely to do. No need to book so we turned up and was made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in! Great selection of items to paint and all reasonably priced. We spent about 2 hours in there and could have easily stayed all day! Very relaxing and would definitely come back again! …

The owner gave our girls clear instructions and there are coloured lizards that show what each paint will look like after the baking process. We were there for about an hour, as our 2 year old has a very short attention span, with older children and adults painting larger pieces you could spend longer and our 7 year old was fully engrossed. It was a very relaxing activity and we’d like to come back again and all have a go next time! We can’t wait to see our finished pieces. …
